在商务报告中，要求考生就具体问题或事件，按照报告的格式作出信息陈述
内容包括一般包括
标题 （Heading）引言 （Introduction）调查结果 （Findings）结论（Conclustions）与建议（Recommendations)
建议书(proposal)的格式与报告(report)相似。
不同之处在于，建议书的重点是建议讨论的内容，而且Recommendations部分必不可少
以下8组标准套语，是加分神器，务必背诵使用！
